Hello, my name is Joe Lamont I am the captain and trainer of Tails We Win flyball teams.

Over the last few years I have dedicated a large portion of my life to spreading knowledge and helping develop better technique and drive in the flyball lanes, ultimately pushing all to succeed who have come through my doors.

Now I feel it’s time to take my skills to the next level and offer everything I have to help reinvent the relationship between handlers and their dogs.

This website has everything in mind to help you and your dogs succeed in all aspects of flyball and in turn day to day life.

Utilising fun and positive training methods that will enable you to achieve greatest technique and desired speeds.

My name is Joe Lamont and dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I turned 14 years old I joined my first Flyball team, “Four In The Fast Lane” and was soon asked to help train some of the team. After 2 amazing years racing with them I moved on to progress to a more experienced team. At just 18 years old, after 4 years learning everything I could about Flyball I then started my own team, “Tails We Win”.

The team has been in the UK top ten since it launched and has come to bring together an amazing group of UK based flyballers. After running that team successfully for 4 years, at the age of 22 I started to run my own “Joe Lamont Flyball Workshops”. These have become hugely popular and I’ve travelled around Europe delivering them to some of the best teams around.

Very recently, after a lot of hard work, Tails took several European Flyball records, including currently being the fastest team in Europe and one of the fastest in the world. This is all down to utilising everything I have learned over the last 12+ years alongside my passion and determination to help my team, other teams and their amazing dogs be the best they can possibly be.
